This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business.
Both Allison and Debbie have been REALTORs with Weichert REALTORS since 2005 and are members of the New Castle County Board of Realtors, the Delaware Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. We met while working at a new home site and formed a very good friendship as well as a business partnership.
Allison is the Property Manager for a 648 unit apartment complex and has been since 1990. Allison is the Treasurer for the Wilmington Delaware Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction and is a member of the Delaware Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Wilmington College. Allison lives in Bear with her son Michael.
Debbie has 17 yrs experience in sales and sales training. Since joining Weichert Realtors she has won over 11 awards. Dedication and loyalty to her clients best describes her.
Prior to her sales and real estate career Debbie was in social work and contributes her success in real estate to what she learned in this field. Debbie as served on various committees in the community and has a passion for advocacy.
Currantly she manages one of the largest Lifestyle Communities The Promenade at Middletown.
Debbie is a Delaware native and lives in Middletown with her husband Jerry and 2 sons Eric and Miles.
